Did you know that there are 1,312 islands in Luleå’s archipelago and what do you do there – well, you paddle around. What you must not miss is Gammelstad’s church town, one of Sweden’s fifteen world heritage sites. Teknikens hus, Norrbotten Museum, the Railway Museum and the Aviation Museum F21 are other places of interest. Luleå has one of the country’s largest ports. Naturally, we recommend Hindersön and the boat trips there.
